The fine print, in plain words.
Is there a lock-in or deposit?
No deposit on anything. Desks are month-to-month. Private offices need 30 days' notice to leave.
What is a Zest credit?
One credit is worth ₹100 of meeting-room time. Every plan includes credits each month; you spend them to book Pomelo, Lime or Yuzu from the member portal. Phone booths are always free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, once. Unused monthly credits carry into the next month, up to one extra month's allowance. After that they expire.
Can I book a room without being a member?
Yes. Meeting rooms are ₹400 an hour and the conference room is ₹1,200 an hour, plus GST. Call or WhatsApp us to book.
Is GST extra?
Yes, all prices are exclusive of 18% GST. You get a GST invoice every month.
